Why my house ofcourseSeriously, after my mom, I make the bomb biryani. No fake crap my niggas, just seeda-saada, asli Hyderabadi masale, zabardast and khushbodaar basmati rice, genuine Spanish saffron, homemade dahi and blah, blah, blah...you know the rest.
Now I rarely eat out because of the high spice and oil factor, so I probably am not the person to ask this 'humble' question. But, I do know from a long long time ago (when I used to eat out) that Nizam Club serves a mean and pretty authentic biryani. You wont find crap that doesnt belong in biryani, like tomato, potato and other weird alien items. Paradise is another good bet as well as Four Seasons (the one that serves Arabic food too).
