Virtual Friends or Real Friends

Which ones do You prefer?

Virtual Friends or Real Friends

If you had the choice of either spending the time chatting and roaming with your real live friends, or to sit in front of a computer monitor chatting with your online friends, which would you choose?



Which ones are better generally? and which ones do you prefer?



Far as I am concerned, with all due respect to all my online-only friends, I would prefer my real-life friends any day of the week.

Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

totally agree. there's no real comparison. however online friends can become real-life friends also.

Real N Virtual hmmmmm. Not a way to describe friends. Friends are friends. All it matters is do they match same frequency n wavelenght. Thats it to me.

On the dot SeH.....a friend is a friend....whether online or in real life. I've had some really good online friends....needless to say, they became real life friends in due course of time.

I prefer real friends to chat with an all but agree with HP and others, online friends can become good real friends in time.

i jst dnt think u can compare the 2...coz both r different.. but surely come under the "friends" category.



I'd basically prefer my real friendz but wouldnt give up on my virtual frndz as well... so for now i prefer them both equally...

Interesting topic! Especially since we spend so much time online....



Have made a few online friends but I think that u probably have to go that extra mile while nurturing online friendships. I mean, I have friends from school whom I've known for 10 odd years and even if I'm not in touch with them for months together, I can always take off from where I left, when we meet/speak. The same goes for some College friends.



Made some online friends, lost them along the way.....thats life I guess.



Since I hardly have any online friends right now, my vote would go for 'Real life friends'.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right.

i have very few close friends...who i love spending time with...but i have awesome online friends..who i love talkin to ..and spend most of my day doin the same...im use to u all ...ppl..cant live wid out ya :wink: !!! :D :D :D
