Understanding a woman

There are 2 times when a man doesn\'t understand a woman -- before marriage and after marriage. Any comments??

if IQ==zero then go to \"never understand woman\"
else
go to \"use both mind and heart to understand woman\"

Treat her like \'before marriage\' if u married, else treat her like \'Married\' if you not married.

Dear Srinu ,
Try leaving ur pride behind, and u sure would find that women are easy to understand.
wat she wants from her guy(reference to this context made \'coz u say before/after marriage quote)always remains unconditional love..she loves deep and true(mostly) and is very touchy \'bout her relationship with her man.
but ya..the deal being u gotto reciprocate and be sensitive to her feelings :)
and even before u ask..i\'m not any feminist,jus that in my lil experience with life and people from various places ..i\'ve learnt that women are inherently the same everywhere.
anticipating ur promt reply

OUCH!! that hurt... i agree abt one thing... girls all over the world are the same...confusing :). i am sure u read the matter below in one of the numerous forwards u get everyday.....but just to prove the point...
=========================================================
If you put a woman on a pedestal and try to
protect her from the rat race...you\'re a male chauvinist.

If you stay home and do the housework...you\'re a pansy.

If you work too hard...there is never any time for her.

If you don\'t work enough...you\'re a good-for-nothing bum.

If you mention how nice she looks... it\'s sexual harassment.

If you keep quiet...it\'s indifference.

If you cry...you\'re a wimp.

If you don\'t...you\'re an insensitive b******.

If you appreciate the female form and frilly underwear ... you\'re a pervert.

If you don\'t...you\'re gay.

If you try to keep yourself in shape...you\'re vain.

If you don\'t...you\'re a slob.

If you buy her flowers...you\'re after something.

If you don\'t...you\'re not thoughtful.

If you\'re proud of your achievements..you\'re full of yourself.

If you don\'t..you\'re not ambitious.

If she has a headache..she\'s tired.

If you have a headache..you don\'t love her anymore.

If you want it too often..you\'re over sexed.

If you don\'t..there must be someone else.

Srinu,The person who took time to frame that up was postively another MCP perhaps.
and if u look deep,thats how even guys are ..dont ya think so?the element of insecurity..or better still..i want more-be it time,presence,or understanidng is always there in any reln.(i\'m guessing so!)But v cannot generalize someone\'s experience as wholesome truth,and say the entire woman folk is confusin!
pretty much gals too feel that guys are not easy to handle,
but then not every gal who feels so writes a great deal\'bout it,so we have these witty MCP views flying miles and miles as a gospel:)

i agree and i disagree.. :) i agree that guys always ask for more (time, understanding, love....etc. etc). but i disagree that girls are the same.. u never know when they want more and when they want less.. am not sure they know themselves.. :) i agree that we cannot generalize but we can extrapolate, cant we... (its kinda same thing, but...) and finally if being a (ultra) feminist is a fad, why shouldnt i be proud of being a male chauvinist (P notwithstanding) :)

Why it is necessary to understand a woman at all. Adam never care to understand Eve, rather she made him do it for all of us to face the results of their misunderstandings of life. Just leave them and see how running they come to understand a man in their life. People have a habbit of jumping the gun. They should understand that women also have the same likes and dislikes about the other genders around them. The whole story is to understand ones life and its economics to be happy and prosporous. The society is the real culprit which makes all of us its robot either productive or producive in its tangle.

Understanding a woman

by shadow of doubt » Sun Aug 17, 2003 5:03 pm

I just think men like to make a big fuss over a very small, perhaps even an imaginary issue of not understanding women.
<br>

<br>
Ok! tThe two think in different directions., and that is an accepted fact. But then this difference that affects not only men, but women too. Just as men find it hard to uunderstand women, women too find it hard to understand men.
<br>

<br>
When both parties are equally affected, why is it that only men voice out aloud that women are hard to understand ?
<br>

<br>
I think the plain answer is that rather than drawing cue from their own personal experiences. Most, or rather all men do poke fun becoz they see others around them do so. It might not be a conscious act. It happens in a very subtle manner - look around -you see kids grow up in that atmosphere. They are fed constantly with the notion that it is women who are hard to understand. Newspapers, magazines, ads and jokes feed them this. Then, occasionally dad passes a similar comment (which again he does, becos he was conditioned to do so thru his growing years). The kid grows... friends keep feeding him with the same notion. A notion for which they themselves have no concrete basis. Like one stuck in a maze - like one who did not ever see anything else, most men grow up to see nothing but this totally false, concocted notion, that women are hard to understand. As if ONLY women are hard to understand. How many ppl can narrate incidents when they felt it hard to understand? Come on, since we are at it, let us argue it out. How many ppl personally had such experiences ?
<br>

<br>
And let us compare the number of such similar experiences where a woman could not understand a man. I think we will end up with a 1:1 ratio
<br>

<br>
Your egos may not permit you to look at this differently. More now, becoz a girl happens to have typed this in. It\'s not so important as to who is right and who is wrong. What is important is that ppl look at things with an open mind. Put your bias behind you look objectively. You\'ll be surprised at the difference it makes. Trust me!
