hey guys im doing research on whether men and women can be friends without attraction getting the the way. so if your over 18, heterosexual and have a friend of the opposite sex could you pleaseeeee do my online survey. hopefully we can finally get some answers!

This is a strictly personal question. No surveys or generalizations can justify any theory you might want us to land on...

Besides.. I dont have the time to do an exhaustive analysis of how and under what circumstances man and woman can just be friends.

Also, I dont think you can outsource your home work to India! :wink:

i read in some Archie blog site that Jughead is a subtle representation of a gay character in a positive light...

If anyone wants to be convinced that Jughead and Archie are gay, I suggest they watch a movie called Chasing Amy. It's a Kevin Smith movie about Comic Books creators. Kevin Smith himself is a comic book freak and also a creator. That gives his argument more credibility

Juggie is not Gay, he just doesnt find the right match for his gastronomical talents. Just goes to say he is misunderstood and I think Jughead is the coolest characters among all the Archie comic denizens.

The JaszMan has done some research adn found the script of the aforementioned movie and is pasting the dialogues of the "Archie is Gay" sequence. Enjoy!!

PS I personally love Archie.

Here's the basic story.......Banky Edwards (Jason Lee lead singer in Almost Famous) and Holden McNeil (Ben Affleck) are creaors of the comic book characters Bluntman and Chronic. They meet old friends at a Comic book convention. One of them, Hooper, is black man who is the creator of a black superhero. He, unknown to most of the world, is gay.

Hooper proves to Banky that they are gay....

Since the dialogues are filled with casual profanity, I shall paste only the relevant material

Archie and Jughead were lovers.

archie is no way a gay..but its possible jughead is...look at his abnormal aversion of girls...gays can be cool and misunderstood too, so whats the big deal?

can any one give true sense of relation ship., if not even in friendship in these days we find some selfish.

But anyhow coming to opp sex, it comming back to square the relationship to dating or lovers from normal friends.
