True,A Google for "Hyderabad" REturned FH as the Top Result and a Google for "Hyderabad Discussion Boards" returned FHDB as the Top Result.So that is da reason for so many "visitors" to FH.

Google results for Hyderabad or search strings with Hyderabad in them have been returning fullhyd at the top for over six months now. What happened suddenly to give that spurt in the number of guests?

I Beg to Differ,I remember when I came to Hyd for the first time and upon searching for hyderabad = Something,I mostly landed up with HydOnline,Hyd.o.uk and some other sites at the Top.Yes,FH was there too but not at the top I presume.Yes,mebbe the keyword here is "Hyderabad" that returns FH.

And if u say why this spurt in Guests,I think that due to the SEO,lotsa "Other" search engines too return FH at the Top.

Teoma Gives FH at No.2 for "Hyderabad";FH in Page 2 for "Hyderabad Forums";FH Nowhere in first 2 pages for "Hyderabad Discussion Forums"

Clusty Gives FH at No.4 for "Hyderabad";No.3 for "Hyderabad Forums";

No.3 For "Hyderabad Discussion Boards"

Yahoo gives FH at No.4 for "Hyderabad";Not in First 3 pages for "Hyderabad Forums";No.1 & No.2 for "Hyderabad Discussion Boards"

MSN Search Gives FH at No.1 for "Hyderabad";No. 1,2,3,4 for "Hyderabad Discussion Boards";No.1,2,3,4 for "Hyderabad Forums"

Google Gives FH at No.1 & No.2 for "Hyderabad Discusssion Boards";No. 1 & No.2 for "Hyderabad";No.5 for "Hyderabad Forums"

Also,I think,Coz FH has two Portals,it has greater SEO.

I do not know when you came to Hyderabad

, but I can tell you that most string with Hyderabad as the first word show up fullhyd.com as number one result on google. That has been happening for over a month, and I can say that for a fact.

PS: What kind of a search string is hyderabad = something? How do you even expect to get anything out of it?

Errr....Actually 'twas meant to be Hyderabad+Something (Like Hyderabad+Hotels,Hyderabad+Consultants,Hyderabad+Bus Routes)

Guess the 'Shift' key was the culprit there...... :oops:

And when I used the above keywords,FH was among the results but NOT at the top.....Only Hyd+hotels gave me FH at the top.Thatz why i said that "Hyderabad" was the keyword....
