You see, you want to delude yourself that there is nothing wrong with the Indian muslim community hence your refusal to believe that they are participating in terror activities. Law enforcement is not stupid to arrest muslims if the perpetrators are hindus as it wont help them prevent the future terrorrist acts. Where you see a rigid pattern, I see a disturbing phenomena of Indian muslims becoming more and more attracted towards terrorrism as a solution to what they perceive as discrimination. It is not a pattern, its the reality. You cant stand in front of a Mosque and say that all I see are muslims praying here, I see a pattern!

As much as you want to us to believe that the countrys law enforcing machine works on presumptions, the reality is entirely different. There is something called forensic science which IB sleuths use to identify the perpetrators. Case in example, the 1993 bomb blasts used RDX and grenades made by Pakistani Ordnance factory which is out of bounds to RSS and VHP. Same is the case with the recent mumbai bomb blasts where pencil detonators were used which again came from Afghanistan/Pakistan. RSS or Shiv Sena simply do not have resources to procure such devices. Even SIMI does not have the resources, that is why intelligence only blamed SIMI of providing logistics and man power and blamed pakistan for financial, idealogy and material support.
As for evidence, there would be different kinds of evidence - intelligence reports, forensic reports, communication etc - all of this will not be shown to public as it wont make sense and may even help the terrorrists to get away. For example, after the 1993 bomb blasts, indian intelligence ahs the strongest evidence of pakistans involvement in the form of a Pakistani Ordnance Factory made grenade. This proof was shown to the Americans (the relations were thawing between both countries) and the next thing that happened was it disappeared. The american diplomat simply didnt return the evidence!! Would India do that mistake again and show the proof to Americans or worse, the pakis?
The second thing is motive for such a thing. If there is a communal riot in any part of India, the first suspect would be RSS/Bajrang Dal and not LeT or SIMI. If there is a bomb blast in a public place, the first suspect would be Islamic groups because the crimes are in line with the idealogy.
Now, its very easy to say that Shiv Sena might have done the mumbai bomb blasts as they were rioting just about the same time. Now the question to be asked is, are they capable of committing such a crime in such a short time period? And what would be their motive to kill 200 civilians, mostly hindus? So that they can read headlines blaming pakistan and think fasaidya saalon ko? Doesnt make sense to me. If Shiv Sena had committed the bomb blasts, it would have been followed by rioting and killing muslims. But such a thing did not happen, did it?
Read former IB chiefs article in Rediff (Indian Muslims Indian-ness) in which he mentions that so far every terrorrist attack committed except one had pakistani support and the links have been traced.

Even if the mail were sent by a muslim boy, nothing would have been done. He is a 11 year old boy for christs sake! Again, if you read my post in the other thread, I said that no one believed the email. This was even before it was found that the mail was fake. The claim was never believed by intelligence agencies because it was sent from a
peter_56@yahoo.com ID which looked suspicious.
then the series of fake arrests fake encounters shootings ...fake weapons cache etc that sensationalist conspiracy theories float around in Hindutva sections of the Indian Media,obviously as fodder to the intentionally paranoid wannabe Hindu fundamentalist.
Fake encounters and fake weapons eh? Interesting claim. How do you know that they are all fake? Do you have any inside sources or they are fake because the culprits happen to be muslims?
