Library in Secunderabad

I am starting a library in Secunderabad. I have the stock of books ready and I am looking for a suitable space of 1000 sq ft atleast in any residential / commercial area in Secunderabad , preferably in Marredpally , Sindhi Colony,Begumpet or SP Road. Do let me know if you have such space in mind and are willing to underatke this business on a JV Basis . An outhouse or any ground floor apartment or even a big garage will do .Mail me at tulip_chocolates@yahoo.com with details about the place.
