With TRS winning elections in Karimnagar today, will there be any effect on HYD real estate prices? Increase/ go down/ steady/ go the way they are going now?
It would be great if we can share ideas so that we can idea if to invest or not in HYD real estate at current levels!

Hey Kiran,
Even if Telanagana State forms up, nothing can stop the vast developements happening in Hyderabad. The prices will go down a bit, be stagnant for some time, and then the city has to get up and start walking ahead.
If Telangana becomes a seperate state, then Hyderabad will become a Union Territory, and that will add even more sparkle to our city! this way or that way, its gonna be a good ride from here on.
This is why the govt is hurrying up its pace in forming the Greater Hyderabad. Patancheru has been included in it, and upto Chevella will be inside the Greater Hyderabad.
