Looking for furnished+serviced apartment/guest house for 4-5

At the moment we're staying in a furnished+serviced guest house in Banjara Hills 10. I think we're paying quite expensive. Since we're adding up the people (project team) and we don't want to broke our project budget, it would be interesting if we have other options which is cheaper but better.



So here are the requirements:



- Must be very very very clean (you know what I mean)

- Modern building/units

- At least 4-5 units or bed rooms and preferably attached bathroom on each

- TV + cable/satellite on each room

- Daily service (bed sheet change, floor cleaning, towels, etc)

- Equiped kitchen, refrigerator, micro wave

- High speed 24 hours Internet connection

- Areas: Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, and surrounding.

- Preferably near restaurants and supermarket (nearby City Center or BH 3 would be perfect).
