that may be one of the reason. if you take the house rents in Kukatpally, in 2004 and 2006 they had increased 6-10 times. in 2004 a double bedroom flat rent was around 3000-5000 now it became 20000-30000. who will bear that amount man?are the IT people are only employees?wht abt the others?

I am a common man and the facts i mentioned below are naked truths about Rajesheker reddys rule. Let one single citizen of AP deny these facts



Hats off to all those who have voted congress to power in AP and making a faction leader Rajasheker reddy as CM. Rajesheker reddy has done maximum damage to AP and never it is going to recover from this. His achievements in three years of rule.



1. Common man cannot buy even 50 sq yards of land around 200 km sorrounding Hyderabad. The majority of people living in Hyderabad are poor, lower middle class or middle class. can some one imagine prices of one sq yrd ranging from Rs.20,000 to 50,000 even in many suburbs. Why we have not seen this kind of boom during nine years TDP rule though IT and international airport was sanctioned during TDP time.



2. Artificial boom in real estate iin these three years is the result of all congress leaders and reddys who are owning hundreds of acres in the outskirts of Hyderabad whether it is rangareddy dist, sangareddy, medak, mahabubnagar, etc.



3. The so called international aiport, Hi-tech city, widening of roads, were sanctioned during TDP time and there was never a Government which acted like a real estate broker and auctioned Government land for Rs 14 crores a acre. there was never a artificial boom like this before but only Rajsheker reddy govt has done this as he is least bothered about the poor and middle class and he knows very well that he is not going to win the next election. He was to make sure that his relatives and his reddy clan make as much money as possible in these five years...let the common man go to dogs...



4. Never in the history of AP we have seen this kind of open caste politics played by Rajsheker reddy. All the posts from top to bottom in any organisation is dominated by Reddys.



5. Dont talk about the corruption, crime, land mafia, communal violence, traffic disaster, etc. Rajsheker himself being a faction leader...what better we can expect from him. We have seen enough murders in these three years and there is no security for the common man. It is like jungle raj. Is AP has become another Bihar with so much of influx of Faction leaders from Rayalseema and goons from north india.



6. Pampering of minorities is endless in congress regime. All the congress men should add ali, pasha, or ahmed to their names so that they can win the votes of minorities. They dont mind doing it as they want their votes at any cost. Any one talking about this issue is named as communal and non secular. Old city is like a mini pakistan which may explode anytime. No police or any administration is dared to go there and check what is happening.



7. Rajsheker reddy has no minimum common sense and he doent know what he talks. Neither his orders are taken seriously by his collegues or Government officials. Look at the price of essential commodities from pulses, oil, vegetables without which a common man cannot survive. Can he justify the prices of essential commodities??



8. He has denied thebasic necessities a common man needs food, shelter, water and clothing. You cant afford to buy vegetables and groceries, Forget about having a own house with land prices in all the outskirs skyrocketting, with the wages a common man earning he cant even afford to pay rents and buy groceries and clothing. Water is so scarce in many areas of the city and district places you get water only for a day.



9 The sad thing is Rajsheker reddy thinks that people have voted congress to power because of his padhayatras and his popularity. Poor fellow he should know that it is anti incumbency factor which has made the people vote for congress and people have paid a heavy price for their mistake.



There is no point for AP people to wake up now as Rajsheker reddy has done irreparable damage to the state. This is irreparable because the prices which have gone up they never come down....whether it is real estate or essential commodities or crime rate that has eaten away our state, or Caste system that is dominating the system, or improvement in common man wages compared to five figure salaries of IT people....we all know the truth

YSR is the most arrogant person this state has ever seen.He shamelessly supports even for the gruelling activities he has done...the best example is the recent Killing at Mudigonda...He said to protect from anti social activists he has ordered for the firing...what a shameless comment...he thinks people who fight for their own living are antisocial activists.His is the only governement that is working as a real estate broker in the history of India...I think the other people who have posted has lot of examples to say...In his Government even his ministers behave recklessly without any responsibility...these people are thinking they have come here to do business...

The Government can write 100 good things and boast about their achievements on websites. Common man doesnt visit Government websites but will definitely feel the ground realities. They know what the Government has done for them. E-Governance and E-seva was introduced by the previous govt and it cannot be claimed as congress acheivement.



1. Common man needs food, shelter, and clothing. What kind of progress we are making when we deny these three things to more than 70% population who are middle or lower middle class.

2. Can we deny that owning a house for comman man in AP especially Hyderbad has become a dream and it will remain a dream all their life.

3. Can we deny that the essential commodities and price of vegetables has reached the sky.

4. Can any one deny that the corruption has spread like poison in all aspects of life in AP under congress rule.

5. Can any one deny that Casteism is at its worst and ugliest phase in AP today.

6. Can any one deny that crime has become a part and parcel of life due to the import of faction leaders and rowdies to Hyderbad.

7. Can any deny the fact that countless murders took place under rajsekhar reddy regime just to cleansen his opponents.

8. can any one deny that roads, civic amenities, water scarcity and traffic chaos is at peak.

9. Can any one deny that Government acted as real estate agent and inflated the land prices all over AP without thinking about common man.





I am NOT claiming that all were SAINTS in TDP government and there were some flaws in their nine years rule. I am a common man and without being biased can say that corruption and Crime was under control during TDP time, Prices of land and houses was never inflated during nine year rule, many BC's were benefitted, Roads were widened, IT hitech park was built and international airport was sanctioned, AP was on world map for advancement of IT, prices of Essential commodities was under control and Vegetable were cheap becoz of introducing Rytu Bazaars. Over all the quality of life was much better than today. Life is stinking in Hyderabad today....it is all by Grace of faction leader Rajsekhar
