IMP, Please advise....

Hi guys,
I signed up with this board specifically to get help/advice from fellow intelligent members.
My family and I live in America, we moved as babies and have completed our studies here and work, pay taxes, etc, etc. My only brother is an extremely bright and motivated student. He will be graduating from high school this summer, and wants to go to medical school immediately after.
Not a surprise, since our entire family has a medical background.

Question: Should he consider attending Deccan Med College, or some other Gulberga med college? With my dad's connections, he can get a steep discount on admissions. The upside to this is that it'll take only 5 years in India, while here it'll take in 8 yrs for the same degree.

What should he do guys? Stay here or come there? Please answer seriously, Im trusting you on your honest opinion. Thank you in advance for your time.
