It will be helpful if i can get info on more of such land/layout developers

I am looking for DTCP approved layouts for a plot.An going by the number of real-estate related scandals that are cropping up in Hyderabad,I prefer referring to established groups like City Square.

That is the reason I asked for similar groups

BE VERY CAREFUL.. City Square Staff (Ameerpet) are Quite professional about CHEATING people they make false promisses & once u purchased plot from them they dont bother to complete the basic necessities of the project, if u complaint they become RUDE to u.. they are biggest CHEATER in Hyderabad.

Hi,

I bought a plot from VVR Housing PVT Ltd, at Keshampet Village(i.e. Venture is exactly 0.5 km to this village, it was between JP Durga and Keshampet Village). This venture is Panchayath approved and it was about more than hundred acres venture. I was not clear whether can I build an house there in future, which is under panchayat approved. When I asked this venture executives, said that no problem to build house there any time with/under panchayath approval. Is what they said perfect? If NOT then exactly what is the procedure have to be done for building house in future. These days I was hearing the ventures with HMDA/DTCP approval, near by this village. Is really my plot should need the similar approval?
