Yes ofcourse in my opinion. Because the worldcup belongs to all the countries from which one champion is to be declared. And this represents the country and the people of a particular country. But IPL belongs to different states of India in which players from the different countries are included which brings the personal fame for the player but not for the country...........

yeah the world cup is always fun and exciting..it comes once in three years and this time it was in india so the craze was very high..almost all the games were full packed..we saw a quality cricket..all d matches from quarters to final were nail bitting..we sticked around the couch till the very last ball now thats world cup for u..what an end to a beautiful world cup..india won it..so proud to b an indian !!!

Yes indeed. As a citizen of my great country India am very proud about India winning worldcup. And thats what the moment the whole country waited for with all the excitement. Coming to the IPL its just a national tournament in which each player would get benefited personally. Compared to IPL , worldcup is much far exciting as all the Indians together waited for its winning moment and it is not the case in IPL as only the people of a particular state to win the match. Here comes the great difference..........

ya world cup is more exciting than ipl....because the world cup is a clash between the nations were as ipl is with in da country as a citizen i think world cup is attracted more than ipl.

i guess both are equally exciting .. you cannot compare a 50 - 50 or a t20 game or even a test game .. and you cannot compare worldcup with anything .. and ipl has its own place it has its own fun even girls like to watch a t20 game .. ipl is exciting but it comes once a year and worlcup once in 4 years .. while watching world cup you have that passion for your team to win .. but in ipl rather than supporting a team you enjoy ipl and if tour favorites also dont win it doesnt give you much of a problem and wc is exciting than ipl .

We had a great time in world cup this year and but i don't beleive that ipl can make some craze this year though the cricket lovers are always encouraging their favorite sport.
