I'm new in town - What bars can you go to for a few drinks with buddies (food is non-essential in my life), that attracts a casual/diverse crowd, that doesn't play *MUSIC THAT'S SO FRACKIN' LOUD IT MAKES YOUR EARS SING FOR DAYS* and isn't plunged in perpetual darkness, bizarrely themed or crazily expensive?
I need my nice, down-to-earth local inn to take refuge once or twice a week, to the sound of laughter and good conversations and not ear-splitting Bollywood electro-torture....
