Advice on finding an apartment to rent in Hyderabad

Hi,



I'm moving to Hyderabad in mid-November. I'll be provided company accommodation till the end of November, and I need to find an apartment to rent I can occupy from the 1st of December.



A few questions:



1.) How early should I start looking for a house - would it be too late if I start on the 10th of November?



2.) I'll be working in Hitec city, but have company pick-up and drop. What areas should I be looking at?



3.) What's the norm for advances? I've heard that two or three months rent is usual.



4.) I'm looking at a two-bedroom apartment - what would be a realistic rent I can think of paying? I am aware that this will vary with the area - indicative rents in different areas will be helpful.



Any information would be very useful.
