Kukki Subrahmanya Sachin Tendulkar's Favourite Deity

It was a pleasant surprise for me. I realised few hours before reaching this famous temple that Sachin got huge Sarpa Dosha (Sin Of Snake) that led to his huge lack of form.

He also had unrecoverable shoulder pain.

Somebody had suggested him to get his sarpa dosha get relieved by doing some poojas at Kukki Subrahmanya temple amidst a thickest jungle in Dakshin Kannada .

The sources at temple said that he visited the place in the year 2006.



For us the visit was cool.

The bus took four hours to reach Kukki Subrahmanya from Dharmastala.

This is a decent village/small town with one college for its youngsters.



I have taken plenty of photographs with all descriptions.



I have also taken photographs of the hotel where sachin stayed during his recovery pooja for his Sarpa Dosha



The temple has numerous tiny sub temple.

The main point for this temple is the excellent decent temple food.

I am sure this is the only temple in whole of dakshin Kannada that provides excellent food for the pilgrims.



We had good time.

We also performed the rigorous sarpadosha poojas at this temple.

We proceeded to Mangalore
