Bhimbetka, The world Heritage Site, BHOPAL

The world famous cave paintings of Bhimbetka are necessary to see.

However, as usual I did not get any help for my travel plan.

The correct travel plan will be to catch a bus from Bhopal to ObadullaGanj.

From there, hire an auto up to the hilltop to see the wonderful world famous paintings and coming back to ObaidullaGanj



I walked up the hill from the main road for about 5 kms in scorching May month heat this year (2007).



But after seeing the 15000 year old cave paintings and cave dwellings, I got so happy that there is no words will match.



It has third century Gupta paintings also.

They are relatively very new ??????
