Jwala Mukhi (Fire temple) , Himachalpradesh

After seeing Mcleod ganj we started towards the famous Jwala mukhi

(Jwala matha) temple.

From Dharamshala direct buses are available to Jwalamatha temple.

Or you can go to Kangra and then to Jwala matha temple.



The hills situated in-between Dharamshala and Jwalamatha looks excellent.

The temple is also peaceful

Mysteriously in the walls of the temple there are minute opening through which natural gas is coming out.

I think the rocks here have special features.

Continuously fire is coming out from these openings.

They consider this as Devi matha and worship.

After seeing Jwalamatha temple, we proceeded to Kangra fort in Kangra town.

Then we also saw the Kangra Museum that is situated in Dharamshala proper.

You can never see such miniature paintings anywhere.
