Hi Hyderabad,

I will be moving to Hyderabad in November start with my family. This forum looks best to get answer to my queries, hyderabadis looks very helping here.
I would appreciate if I can get some information for:

1. 2BHK accomodation near Jubilee hill (My Office place).I am ready to drool out 10K per month.
2. Do people ask advance rent/security money, if yes how much?
3. My daughter will be seeking mid-term admission to 1st standard. Would prefer a good school near accomodation area.
4. Any experience of getting kids mid-year admission in schools. Do schools in Hyderabad allow that.

Tough. That is the most expensive part of town. Think 20k for a 2BHK apartment.

2. Do people ask advance rent/security money, if yes how much?

Typically 2-3 months.

3. My daughter will be seeking mid-term admission to 1st standard. Would prefer a good school near accomodation area.

Lots of them there - Chirec has a decent rep.

4. Any experience of getting kids mid-year admission in schools. Do schools in Hyderabad allow that.

They do - you have to run around a bit, and money helps, too.
