Missing relative - help locate cybercafe

One of my relative has left home and is missing. He last sent an email today from this IP - 121.247.37.114 .

The IP is static and translates to

121.247.115.4.static-hyderabad.vsnl.net.in

The connection belongs to a cyber/internet cafe somewhere in Hyderabad.

Please help me find the location of it.
