Tenent & Landlord

by Farooq » Thu May 04, 2006 11:13 pm

I am a residing in Gulf for the past 12 years. i have purchased a plot of land in a commercial area. The land was occupied by a tenent to whom i had to pay in lakhs inorder to throw him out of my land. Now i have constructed commercial shops and would like to know how do i rent it out without facing such problem in future. What kind of agreement has to be done so that the landlord is secure of having his properity back from the tenent whenever he wants. Can anybody suggest a lawyer or a legal firm who can help me on this.
