Hi,
Please advise, first of all Iam new the borad. Don't know whether this is the right place to ask. My uncle in abroad and bought 10 acres of land in the suburb of hyderabad. he is still an indian citizen living in abroad. but by next year, He will be coming to india PERMANANTLY. Ii am hearing that NRI should not buy a Agri land. (Little more details: it was registered on indian address..never mentioned about abroad). Anyway he will be coming back to india to settle FOREVER.He never had any other citizenships other than INDIA. Please some body clarify me..whether this will be a problem at all?
