KIDNAPPING BY REHABILITATION CENTER

by Concerned » Tue Feb 20, 2007 1:04 pm

The Staff of Serenity Foundation - a rehabilitation center - kidnapped and forcibly detained the father of a patient because he could not pay. What is the state of law and order.??

Whats wrong in that?

Coz it happens to be your freinds dad. Rehabilation centre is there to do business and not a voluntary service. Imagine What will happen if u gonna treat yourself for a by pass surgery and end up saying u cant pay or else simply nick away.

Management is doing percentage business. They owe to their employees and for all services .......ok

A part of the fault lies with the law and order enforcer too. they dont have a mechanism to retreive money prudently. Coz of this the management of any such firms are left with no other option then to take such actions.
