Registration of new vehicles at RTA a horror now

Recently a strike/ban is over the RTA agents (brokers). This morning I went to an RTA office in the city. I was horrified by the scene. Outside the RTA office, a rowdy gang in numbers were forcing the agents\' shops to close down. So without a second thought I directly entered in to the official counters of the RTA. The behavior of the RTA staff was horrible. So many unnecessary observations and mistakes were pointed out by those constipated chaps. I want to know what the real problem is. When it will be solved?

You did not complete the forms with necessary attachments. Did you attach all documents that were required ?? Sure ?? how about a RS 100 note(s) !!!!!
