Help needed! To whom do I complain?

Hi.



I am a resident of Ramgopalpet (a place close to General Bazar / M.G.Road, Secunderabad). My area falls under Sanathnagar constituency. Recently, a couple of months back we got our house painted and doors polished. We have spent thousands of rupees for this! And yesterday night some BJP and Congress ***holes have pasted some stickers on our polished doors and posters on the walls (not one poster but three! - 2 BJP and 1 huge congress one). They are glued to the walls in such a way that if I try to remove them, the color on the wall chips off along with the poster and the wall turns ugly.



I have been feeling so angry since then, that if i know the person who pasted the posters on my walls, I would kick him red and blue.



I heard from some of my friends that we can register a complaint over telephone. But I could'nt secure the telephone number.



I would be thankful if someone can provide me with the telephone number where I can register my complaint, or atleast the right place / authority with whom I can register the complaint.
