I took the connection in April 2005, giving a deposit of 700 Rs for two bottles and some 200 Rs for the dispenser. The cost per bottle used to be 65 Rs, the service continued okay for a few months. We used to call him and he used to come at least 50% of the time on the same day to supply water. Then the trouble started he refused to come more than once a week, keeping 3 bottles in place of two to make up for a week. After that he refused to come on Saturdays. The service was gradually reduced to 2 days (Tuesday and Friday) a week. He refused to deliver on any other day. Once I called the delivery boy to say I will have to complain to the customer care if the poor service continues, he asked me to discontinue from aquafina as they don’t have many customers in Srinagar Colony and it is difficult for him to come here. After I complained he refused to deliver water to me. I was allotted a new delivery boy after this, a one who was polite than the previous one. He used to say he would come but never came to replace the bottles, maybe after 3-4 days he would come once and deliver new bottles.

Meanwhile the customer service supervisor resigned which increased my troubles by volumes.



I disconnected from the service in June 2006 and asked customer care Aquafina, Hyderabad more than 20 times to refund but no response has come from their side.

They are no mood to give my 700 Rs back to me. Looks like consumer court is the best option.
