I am apalled at the insensitivity shown by the members here. I thought there were only a few imbeciles who spam indiscriminately, but found that there were many more who indirectly encourage the spammers to continue their work. All that enigma wanted was no spam on this particular thread. Is it so hard for spammers and the others (except for the very few like Reality) to not spam here?? There is a limit to everything; spam however much you want, but when you realise that you are hurting someone in the process, remember its time to get a hold on yourself. The FHDB discussion boards are way more immature than I thought.

Whoa....Where there's a community..there's bound to be a diff of opinion...thats what makes the DB an vibrant n interesting place.....As for SPAM....its upto the ones who indulge in that to stop it or propogate it...I am not telling that I don't spam...I do...but I do stop it whenever required...I think one can Just request to stop spamming...its upto the members to oblige or not....And in most threads there has to be a starting point for spamming....I have often wondered why there's no spamming in HH sir's threads....thatz borne out of respect....even if there is a out-of-the place comment,I've noticed that HH sir blends it into the thread in his own inimitable style....And he does'nt go abt asking not to spam in the thread.....

Also noticed that whenever someone asks not to spam...it is then the spamming invariably starts (This Thread and SS's Thread isa an example)it is the tendency of the Human Psyche something which can't be changed overnight...

Well,IMO there's No need to mention wanings like DO NOT SPAM in my thread and Spammers beware etc etc...if th thread is Good enough and is praised by all members then there's no chance of spam creeping in...

Off topic: enigma, some people never grow up! Just ignore them. They are trying to get some attention by doing eccentric and stupid things, a symptom of Tourette's Syndrome. I hope they have doctors in the family because their parents won't be able to afford a regular psychiatrist for the level of stupidity they have.

As for "trying to get some attention", I'll tell you what I'd do to get attention. I would have a post oozing senti and talking of what the community has been through in the last few months. I would name some of the big posters knowing that they would reply with a small "thanx" or a little " I agree". THAT would reaally boost my popularity. I would then try and make a platform for people to wish each other on special occasions because that makes me look like a relly sensitive person and build my credibility here.
Finally I would call us all a large happy family hoping to get some "awws" and "oohs" from all the members.

I am sure you would not know the pain of making a pic like that, u would not know the feelings and the thoughts that went into the making. I am a very sensitive person so no point in looking like one to the society. I dont want to build my credibility here ""I AM WHAT I AM"" i did not join the FHDB family to become popular, i thought of sharing a few thoughts and ideas with the members. I am already popular in my own way i dont need the boards for that. I might not be a celebrity but i have my own standing amongst my friends and in society. But just because one member has given me such a nice reward and a few other members want to enjoy the fun does not take away the credit from this wonderful family.

To make people happy and wish others takes a lot of giving and sharing so please dont demean it further.

Felt and enjoyed within a few days of becoming this board's member.

Initially I had xpected myself to be a stranger on the sidelines keenly watching the proceedings

and dropping a opinion here or there.But as the days progressed I was heartfully embraced

by all the members here into their fold and have completely made

me feel at ease.But I still feel I haven't done enough justice to this

DB by not posting in sensitive or thought-provoking topics.I just read

thru them and move on.But this is Jus' because of the way i am.

Extrovert to an extent but an Introvert on the other side.



Here at FHDB,I've come across people from all across and I have

thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality and warmth.They have made me

forget the fact that i was'nt even a hyderabadi in the first Place.

I wanted to share my views on the topic but realised its not worth it ,, atleast not at this point of time.



I think Enigma is sensitive and she does not belong to the FHDB which does not know the meaning of empathy. Good for her if she does not come back, I think she has better things in life to do.



P.S: I am not a kind of person who gets hurt by some tom,_ or harry calling me names, because I know that the person doing it,is just "projecting".(its a defined condition in psychiatry). But I do realise that sensitive people exsist.
