Does religion encroach my rights as a woman ?
I find the whole idea of a menstruating woman not allowed in a temple bizzare. Who the hell made those ideals ? Some friends told me that when they were first introduced it was with the idea of hygiene.
In the present day world, any talk on a woman being "impure" during her periods and hence not allowed to enter a temple is plain bull crap and its annoying when ppl shove these notions down your throat.
