Did you read the blog ?
Taras khane ki zaroorat hain Salame, agar in logon ka confidence level nahi build karoge agar inlogo ka socio economic condition nahin badloge to one day due to complete despair and hopelessness they will turn to you. Apna gahr bachana mushkil ho jaayega doosri zameen khali karana to door ki baat.
And by the way, in you example.
You did not say why was someone staying on your land for 15 years ?
WHo gave them permission to stay and that to for 15 years?
Were they paying rent ?
Was it legally your land ? If so in case of arbitration was the court not able to help you ? Why did you NEED TO INVOLVE INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE ?
This was the first blog I ever read in Fullhyd. People talk and support their argument based upon their experiences. Which court r you talking about? hazaron sare cases shayad court mein aaj tak unsuni hai. It would take another 10 yrs to build my house on my own land. Would u provide them the land space for shelter my dear brother if so i treat you as a God gift to this Human Kind.
Bhai agar thum chahte ho aur details doonga. I used to give her 100 bucks from my pocket money without the knowledge of my parents. Thouogh her salary was 150 rs. Apni hi job pati hue thi phir be i took pains to help her. Itni kaafi hai yaa aur examples dooo?
About treating what you said is true. Magar zaayada sar pe chedane ki zaroorath nahi hai..
Exactly my friend, zayada sar pe kisi ko nahi chadana chahiye.
Exactly why asked you the question, who gave someone the right to stay 15 years on your land.
Every individual should know how to protect his/her own right, and also not to abuse others rights.
Now in this instance I see that you let someone live on your land because maybe you wanted security for the land, needed to show the govt occupancy etc. and if this was the case you should have paid them for those services as well.
If it was compassion I would say that you were crazy to let 15 years pass in compassion?
And finally you paid Rs150 per day or mo and for what services?
