Sponsoring Tourist Visa for parents, "kid" on H1

I am on an H1 in USA, have been there for 9yrs. I intend to sponsor my parents' trip to USA.

I have gathered the following:

1) My W2,

2) My pay stubs,

3) Employement Verification letters



What else do I need and how do I approach the consulate? What about the health insurance for my parents while in USA, ticketing and any such other necessities?
