VJ wrote:My way of eradicating corruption from this country would be like this.
1)I would firstly employ only those who r interested for the post and r willing to work for the desired salary.
2)Increase the salaries of the govt employees and make them feel good about their designation and their role to be played in while working.
3)Necessary training before actually getting into the job, competitive with the private sectors. This could improve the spirit of the work among employees.
4)Compete with the private sectors so as to show that the govt employees are much better than those of private. This could be a big turning point for the government, people and the entire country. In this way the thought of being corrupted stays a bit far away atleast. I don't guarantee 100% success, but it doesn't provoke one from getting corrupted.
5) Show the real taste of social service by giving some examples of the Greats. This can stand as an motivating factor.
6)The govt has to conduct some research that where & why exactly is this corruption being originated. Based on that, measures can be taken to eradicate it.
7)The govt has to make the procedures too simple for the common man so that none has to approach the third party and going in the wrong way which can lead to corruption process. The higher positions should be given only to those who are very sincere, competitive and can be an inspiration to the others.
Thats all I have for now in my mind. Wouldn't mind posting later if I have any.
If someone from the govt reading this and found any of my points can be taken into their administrative process, give me a big cheers by informing me as I'm in a desperate need of some form of encouragement.![]()
