Anyway to be frank Chaitanya, I was not trying to be oversmart or rude. This particular issue can be easily sorted out by taking it in your own hands. When you can think of sorting our the problem for the whole locality which is good, you can also go a step ahead and take the strain to personally go and report the problem to the concern authorities.
