Crunch doesn't, but Talwalkar's does.
Talwalkar's costs Rs. 5,000 per month, Rs, 7,000 for 2 months, and Rs. 14,000 if you want to pay for a year, AFAIK - they charge lesser as you keep paying for longer periods. You have to haggle a lot with them, but they yield. Crunch costs Rs. 800 per month, and Rs. 1,800 if you pay for 3 months (excluding the Cardio section, which costs 30% more). But if you haggle, Crunch lets you pay Rs. 600 a month for the gym (again, excluding Cardio). Talwalkar prices include Cardio, steam bath etc.
Talwalkar's at Banjara Hills is pretty crowded in the mornings.
You do not need a gym's guidance to put on weight. Eat a lot of bananas and boiled egg whites, drink plenty of fruit juices and milk, and have 6 meals a day spaced out evenly. The gym will help you get the weight into the right places (otherwise it just gets into your midriff

). Here's something a coach once recommended for weight-gain - daily:
12 bananas
12 boiled eggs (the whites, not the yellows)
1 litre milk
100gm soya (chunks or granules, boiled)
Rice and potatoes (for carbohydrates)
Fruit juices and dry fruits
Plenty of water
You should see gains in 15 days if you can actually do that

. You should space it out into 6 meals a day, and you should not eat too much after sunset to avoid it all becoming fat. Of course, you should work out along with all of this.
