Horanadu Sri Annapurani temple @ fresh photos

After spending whole day it was our time to pack our Bags. I took some snaps of Sringeri Mutt in night also. We had tough time in finding good restaurant. In Sringeri all restaurants are tiny. Most of them serve typical udupi cuisine.

Next day morning we boarded the private bus. Initially we got the intimation that the bus goes to Horanadu temple directly.

But the conductor after boarding the bus told us it goes only up to Kalassa.



Oh what a wonderful journey.

We criss crossed through hundreds of Coffee estates.

On the way there is Central Coffee research Institute at Bommanahalli.

It was a lovely journey. From my point of view it was better than munnar of kerala.



Finally after reaching Kalassa, we had to wait for the buses going to the great Annapurna temple. The local jeep asked rupees 200/- for onward journey from Kalassa to Horanadu.

Please note that Annapurna temple is situated in nearby hills of Kalassa. The mini road from Kalassa to Horanadu is good one with a distance of 7 kilometers only.



We made the trasit accommodation at temple cottage for which they collected Rs 60/- only

Words don’t tell about the beuty of Horanadu Annapurani.
