Agree with above. Bank loans are sometimes more difficult than any credit company, but the security is better, I think.

I would recommend getting a loan from an American bank as they are usually much more reliable. However, it may be hard to get an American bank loan if you are trying to invest in Indian real estate. You should ask your realtor if they have any recommendations for reliable bank loans as they are probably well versed in these issues. Make sure you do your research and get a good deal on the loan. You can get in a lot of financial trouble if you choose a bad loan with high interest rates. Good Luck!

I have looked into this some more, and if you have bad credit then you need to look into loans with bad credit, and you will most likely not be able to qualify for a bank loan in that case. Hope this insight helps.
