How much water shud we drink in a day ?

How many times do people pee, if they drink that much water in a day :?:

I think ideally one shud consume 7-8 glasses of water in a day, including the water contained in other liquid forms we take in.

I dunno how many time one wud pee..

but i think i know how much one shud ideally pee

it shud be in the range of 1.2 L to 1.5 L

The Qty of pee is directly proportional to the qty of water (in pure form + in form of liquids & all other forms viz. Ice, Beer, On the rocks) you consume.

More you drink, more you pee.

More you wanna pee, more you gotta drink

You cant pee more than you drink. If you are peeing more than what you drank, probably you were overdrunk and lost count of what went in.

i started thinking that we wud discuss Health tips and started with drinking lots of water.............what effect does that have on kidneys, pee-ing too much.

ya, I do. how ? You dont have to actually collect the pee to measure it. You just count the no of seconds you pee'd multiply it with the distance at which you pee'd (depends on how much force you apply) divide it be 3.1415. That gives the qty of pee you let out in "Punits".

PS : Punits is Pee Units.

in ragging, we were asked to calculate the volume of ourselves

assuming that everything is round and cylindrical...........
