Necklace Road serves hajjar purposes, not the least of which is to provide better hafta opportunities for our Mounted Police. Besides, with the huge surge in the number of super luxury cars, it would have been so indifferent of our beloved CM to not provide them with smooth roads. And, whoever said that the primary purpose of the road was to cut down distance? The idea was to cut down travelling time. Is it the MCH officials' fault that despite our city boasting of a huge F1 following, none of the denizens knows how to drive that way?
