Why only from the US?
Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

when i first saw this i though that this thread needs to be spammed pretty damned bad. :D

the age thing definately is weird, very specific. also why try to meet Non resident Indians in India?

i guess. i'm a little disappointed that it's not something more interesting.

next question: since the ? is common to the roman alphabet, and hindi alphabet, where did it start off?

AFAIK "?" is used by all Indian languages, inc Sanskrit.....i dunno if any local equivalent exists.
